Price Increase Effective April 2025

Background

Since 2018, the price for our Holiday Course has remained steady at £15 per day. We have strived to maintain this rate to ensure accessibility for all families while providing a high-quality experience for our participants. However, due to inevitable changes in economic conditions, we must adjust our pricing to continue delivering the exceptional service you expect.

Reasons for the Price Increase

  1. Minimum Wage Increase: With the rise in the minimum wage, we are committed to fairly compensating our dedicated staff who contribute significantly to the success of our Holiday Course. This adjustment is necessary to attract and retain qualified coaches who ensure a safe and enriching environment for participants.
  2. Cost of Medals and Prizes: We pride ourselves on rewarding participants with medals and prizes that acknowledge their achievements and hard work. The costs associated with these items have increased, necessitating a pricing change to maintain the quality and variety of our awards.

New Pricing Structure

Effective from April 2025, the daily rate for our Holiday Course will increase from £15 to £20 per day. This adjustment will allow us to continue offering a valuable experience that meets our high standards of quality and service.

    What do I need?

    You child will need a packed lunch, drinks bottle and appropriate clothing for the weather.

    How do I pay?

    You will pay on the first day of the course, unfortunately at this time we don’t accept childcare vouchers.

    What if my child has a medical condition?

    You will need to state this clearly on the booking, the coaches are trained in various medical conditions. You will need to clearly label the medication and hand to the lead coach on arrival.

    Will there be photos taken?

    From time to time our marketing team will visit the camps to use the opportunity to take promotional videos or photos for our marketing campaigns, including print materials, social media, website and advertising opportunities.
    Each child’s booking has the option to select yes or no to marketing permission. If permission is not granted we will ensure the children do not appear facially in any photos.
