Neil Gubbins is a highly qualified coach and personal trainer with a passion for developing young athletes. He joined ACE Football Academy in August 2020 and has been a valuable addition to the team. Neil holds a UEFA B Licence in coaching and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, which he has used to great effect in his work at ACE. Prior to joining ACE, Neil spent over 12 years delivering PE to local primary schools, giving him a deep understanding of how to engage and motivate young people. At ACE, Neil began his first 2 years tutoring and coaching on the Further Education programme. His passion for education and personal development led him to transition to a Higher Education role, where he has been making a real difference to the lives of ACE students. Neil is also involved in the holiday courses run by Advanced Coaching & Education at local primary schools. His knowledge and experience make him an excellent role model for young athletes, and his dedication to their development is unwavering.
