ABOUT US

ACE Football Academy Youth is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and inclusive
environment where young players can develop their football skills, build confidence, and

the pitch, fostering teamwork, respect, and a love of football from the very first session.
We welcome boys and girls from under-7s through to under-18s, offering professional
coaching tailored to each age group and ability level. Our experienced coaches focus on
technical development, game understanding, and personal growth, ensuring every player
has the opportunity to improve and enjoy the game in a supportive environment.
As a community-focused academy, we believe football is about more than just winning. We
prioritise equal playing opportunities, fair play, and player welfare, creating a culture where
young people thrive and parents feel confident that their children are safe and supported.
At ACE Football Academy Youth, we combine passion, expertise, and a commitment to
youth development to provide the best possible football experience. Whether your child is
just starting out or looking to progress to higher levels, we aim to help them develop skills,

We welcome boys and girls from under-7s through to under-18s. Our coaching is tailored to each age group and ability level to ensure all players can develop at their own pace.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No experience is required. Our academy is inclusive and focuses on developing skills, confidence, and enjoyment for all children, whether they are new to football or have previous playing experience.

How often are training sessions held?

Training sessions are held weekly for each age group. Exact days and times are communicated at the start of each season and may vary depending on venue availability.

What should my child wear to training and matches?

Players should wear appropriate football clothing, including studded boots, shin pads, and weather-appropriate layers (hat, gloves, etc. in colder months). Additional kit guidance is provided at registration.

Is the academy safe and child-friendly?

Absolutely. Player safety and welfare are our top priority. All coaches and volunteers are DBS-checked, and we follow The FA’s safeguarding guidelines to provide a safe, supportive environment.

How do you ensure every child gets game time?

We promote equal participation across all youth age groups up to under-11s, focusing on player development and enjoyment. Older age groups also follow fair rotation principles while preparing players for competitive matches.

Are parents allowed to watch training sessions?

Yes. Parents and carers are encouraged to attend training and matches, supporting their child while respecting coaches’ guidance. We also ask parents to follow our Code of Conduct to maintain a positive environment.

Can parents get involved with the academy?

All coaching is provided by our qualified ACE Football Academy coaches. However, we welcome parent and carer assistance in supporting roles such as helping at match days, setting up equipment, managing team logistics, and assisting at community events. This support helps create a positive, well-organised environment for the players.

How can I register my child?

Registration details are available on our website. Simply complete the online registration form, provide emergency and medical information, and agree to the academy’s Codes of Conduct.

What if my child has additional needs?

We are committed to inclusivity and will work with families to ensure children with additional needs can participate fully. Please contact the academy directly to discuss any specific requirements.

Who do I contact if I have a concern or complaint?

For any concerns regarding coaching, welfare, or other issues, contact our Club Welfare Officer at info@advancedcoachingeducation.co.uk. We follow a clear Complaints Procedure to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

How do you support players’ development off the pitch?

We focus on personal growth, teamwork, respect, and confidence. Football is used as a tool to build life skills, promote healthy lifestyles, and inspire positive attitudes in all our players.
