David Stead’s journey with ACE began in 2018 when he enrolled on the Academy programme. Impressed by his dedication and hard work, David was given the opportunity to pursue a higher education degree course in which he obtained a BSC Honours in Sport Management at 2:1. During his time as a student, David also worked on Advanced Coaching & Education’s local primary school holiday courses and ACE tots, where he discovered his natural ability to connect and build strong relationships with younger pupils. His rapport with the children had a significant impact on their participation and confidence, and this impressed Paul, who saw David’s potential and offered him a role within Advanced Coaching & Education. David currently delivers PE to primary school children in local schools, and his skills continue to grow and develop, making a positive impact on the children he works with. David’s journey is a testament to his hard work and dedication, and ACE is proud to have been a part of his journey.
