Aidan Wickens is a current university student who has been a part of ACE Football Academy programme since the 19/20 academic year. During his time at ACE, he has worked on holiday courses, tots sessions, as well as one-to-one sessions. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed as he went above and beyond his duties at the Academy. As a result, at the beginning of the 23/24 academic year, he was offered a job coaching the Elite Squad, alongside Paul and Jack, at the academy while studying for his university degree. Aidan has always been passionate about football, and his love for the sport started when he was a player for the first team during his college years. His team made history by winning the league unbeaten for the first time in ACE’s history. Since joining the academy, he has always wanted to be a coach, and his hard work and dedication have finally paid off. With his extensive experience in working with children in different capacities, combined with his passion for football, Aidan is an excellent asset to the ACE Football Academy. His commitment to the academy and his desire to help children and young people develop their skills and love for the sport make him a role model for young aspiring footballers.
