About Us

ADVANCED COACHING EDUCATION

Welcome to Advanced Coaching & Education, a company founded in 2017 by Paul Davis. Our company’s mission is to inspire children and young adults through sport into future aspirations. We believe that participating in sports not only promotes physical health but also develops important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and perseverance.

For years, Paul Davis provided PE and sports for an educational company. However, he observed a lack of quality PE and sports provision in his hometown of Bicester. As a lifelong resident, he recognized an opportunity to give back to the community that had been so good to him. This led to the birth of Advanced Coaching & Education, a company that is committed to providing quality sports education to the youth of Bicester.

Our company’s key objectives are to increase participation in sport throughout all ages, ensure quality service is provided throughout delivery, build good relations within the local community, and offer employment opportunities. We believe that by achieving these objectives, we can provide a nurturing environment for children and young adults to develop their love for sport, build their self- confidence, and achieve their future aspirations.

At ACE, we understand that there are many strands to our company, but they all revolve around one central theme: giving children and young adults the best education and a love for sport. We are proud to be a part of the Bicester community and look forward to continuing to inspire the next generation of athletes and leaders.

Respect

ACE Football Academy accepts individuals as they are and for who they are. We believe in embracing everyone’s differences, recognising that everyone brings value to the academy.

Our staff treat all students with professionalism, always greeting them using their name. We hold a safe space for our students, both physically and psychologically.

ACE students respect themselves and others, and express this through their actions – listening and giving their full attention to others without judgement or negativity. ACE students are polite and well-mannered to everyone, all of the time.

Inspire

ACE Football Academy seeks to inspire children and young adults through sport. Our highly qualified and experienced team of educators deliver engaging, interactive sessions.

Students feel inspired to grow as football players as well as individuals, believing in themselves and their ability to achieve their goals and aspirations.

ACE students focus their thoughts, energy and attention on the successful outcome of whatever they are doing. They inspire each other to be the best they can be.

Community

ACE Football Academy is committed to building strong connections with the local community to offer young people opportunities and experience. We believe in strength in numbers and that together, we are better.

ACE students are team players and do whatever it takes to stay together and achieve team goals. They are supportive to the community inside and outside of the academy. ACE students speak positively of fellow academy members and ACE Football Academy in public and private.

Accountability

ACE Football Academy staff are equipped with specialist knowledge, outstanding reputations and the ability to work innovatively with students to ensure excellence is delivered throughout.

ACE students take responsibility for their development and actively seek ways to improve. They consistently learn, grow and master and help fellow academy members to do the same.
